Payment Authorization & Card Storage Policy

By placing an order with Agliano Brother's Trucking,  you authorize us to securely store your payment card information and to process charges as follows:

1. Payment Authorization: When you place an order, a temporary authorization hold for the base rental amount will be placed on your card. This authorization remains valid for up to 7 days. If the authorization expires before final charges are applied, a new transaction will be processed for the full amount.
2. Final Payment & Adjustments: After the rental period, any additional charges (e.g., overweight fees, extended rental time, disposal fees, etc.) will be added to the final invoice. If the original authorization is still valid, the new amount will be updated before final payment is captured. If the authorization has expired, a new charge for the full amount will be processed.
3. Card Storage & Security: Your payment information will be securely stored through our payment processor, Square. We do not have direct access to or store your card details. Square's security and encryption protocols ensure your information remains protected.
4. Consent to Charge: By using our services, you agree to these payment terms and authorize Agliano Brother's Trucking to process charges to your stored payment method as outlined above.
5. Disputes & Inquiries: If you have any questions or concerns regarding your payment, please contact us at Agliano Brother's Trucking before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

By completing your transaction, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
